We want you to breathe easy with your Blueair purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your air purifier or accessories, you may return your items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Product

  Place the item in its original packaging including all filters, manuals, and power cables to ensure a safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
